SnookerNama ("we") provides software that snooker clubs use to run their tables, bills and payments, and an app that players use to see and pay their bills. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Mobile number and name, to sign you in with a one-time code and to show your name to the club.
- Club records the club enters: table sessions, frames and scores, bills, payments and shifts.
- Payment details needed to record a payment (amount, method, reference). Card and UPI payments are handled by our payment partner; we never see or store card numbers or UPI PINs.
- Device information needed to send notifications to the app, such as a push notification token.
How we use it
Only to provide the service: signing you in, keeping the club's records, sending you your bill and receipts, and notifying you about them. We send login codes by SMS, voice call or WhatsApp through our messaging partners. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who can see it
The club you play at can see your name, number and your records at that club. Staff see only what their role allows. Our service providers (hosting, messaging and payments) process data on our behalf, only to provide the service.
Where it is stored and for how long
Data is stored on servers in India. Club records are kept while the club uses SnookerNama, and as long as the law requires for billing and tax records afterwards.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal data by writing to [email protected]. Records a club must keep for tax purposes may be kept without your name.
